I'm a software designer. My job is the part of building software that's still genuinely hard — figuring out what to build, how the pieces should fit, and what's worth keeping. AI handles the implementation; the design is what I bring.
Berkeley M.S. in ML and data, plus four years shipping production systems at Fetch, AWS, and NHERI SimCenter. I've written enough code to know what good code looks like — which is exactly what makes me good at directing the model that writes it now.
